Stayed at Sunset Suites for two weeks.
Location: Well located, close to a bus stop (less than 1 min walking) and easy to go to the nearest metro. But the services (supermarket) is around 1-2 km away, so you may need to use UBER or public transport. So please ensure to have a good shopping list and buy enough items for stock. And yes, once you get used the public transport, it's o.k.
Conditions: Clean, spacious (we could even receive 4 people for dinner), fully equipped kitchen (however, the utensils used for cooking are old and be careful while cooking as some dishes may stick to the pan - we did not complain about this and we preferred to buy a new pan, utensil
to use.)
Facilities: Ironing, WiFi, TV, A/c etc... And also laundry washing is available in the basement ($2 for washing, $2 for drying) but make sure you bring your own detergent and exact cash i.e. coins to be used.
During our stay, we did meet with the host as she was in vacation. Mrs Mouna was helpful though.
Some suggestions: Host can arrange to have a few items (eggs, bread, milk, sugar, salt, oil, .... These can be optional and I am sure the guests can of course for this.) in the fridge as in our cases we arrived late and it was difficult to find a nearby store to buy food for breakfast on the next day. But I agree, we did not think about requesting this from the host.
